Jay and Rachelle Bemis are a husband and wife build/design team. They have been in the construction business since they were married in September of 2000. Jays earliest memories are of working on job sites with his father, who instilled in him the importance of quality craftsmanship and small business values. Jay has an expansive knowledge of the complete building process and, as a second-generation carpenter and home builder, he knows the ins and outs of the industry.
Jay maintains our high standards by personally working on site and overseeing subcontractors during every stage of the build.
